Manuscripts identified as plagiarism in the early stages of review will be definitively rejected and will not be considered for publication in the journal. If a manuscript is identified as plagiarism after publication, the editor will conduct an initial investigation, and if necessary, form an advisory committee to review the matter more closely. If plagiarism is identified, the editor will contact the responsible author and, if necessary, the supporting institution or entity, and the Journal of Torbat Heydariyeh University of Medical Sciences will publish a two-way online statement related to the original article to remind of the plagiarism and provide a reference to the plagiarized items. The article will be retracted if plagiarism is confirmed and the author fails to provide an appropriate defense. The iThenticate and similarity-finding software are used to identify and detect plagiarism in articles. Conflict of Interest Statement
