On the other hand, several studies have demonstrated that self-efficacy is one of the factors that can promote women's general health. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between spirituality and self-efficacy in women referring to cultural centers in Mashhad. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 400 women referring to Mashhad municipality cultural centers in 2019. Data were collected using personal characteristics questionnaire, Pulotzin and Ellison spiritual health questionnaire and Scherer general self-efficacy questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 16. Results: The mean age of women was 34.22 ± 9.8 years. The mean score of spiritual health was moderate in 53.2% of women and 46.8% had high spiritual health. Furthermore, the 37% of the women had moderate, and 62.8% had high self-efficacy score. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean of spiritual health (P =0.006) and self-efficacy (P <0.001) at different educational level. The general linear model showed that there is a meaningful relationship between women's spiritual health and self-efficacy with educational level (P <0.001, β = 0.96). Conclusion: Since there is a significant relationship between spiritual health and self-efficacy of women, the act of paying attention on women's spiritual health can lead to improving their self-efficacy.
