fa بررسی موانع درک شده مصرف میوه و سبزیجات در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستان های شهر قوچان در سال 1392 An Investigation of the Perceived Barriers of Fruit and Vegetable consumption among Female High School Students in Gochan, 2013 عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف:سبک زندگی در دوره نوجوانی شکل گرفته و تثبیت می گردد. علی رغم اهمیت مصرف میوه و سبزیجات در ارتقاء سطح سلامتی، مصرف این گروه از مواد غذایی در نوجوانان در سطح مطلوبی نمی باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین موانع درک شده مصرف میوه و سبزیجات در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستان های شهر قوچان انجام شد.<o:p /> روش:در این مطالعه مقطعی که در سال 1392 انجام شد، 400 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهر قوچان به روش نمونه گیری دو مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه ای که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید بوده جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS18 و آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته ها:میانگین نمره موانع درک شده 02/18±06/49 (دامنه نمرات 100-0) بود. موانع درک شده در 8/20درصد دانش آموزان کم، در 62درصد متوسط و در 3/17درصد زیاد بود. بیشترین موانع درک شده، گران بودن میوه، عدم آموزش توسط معلم و مربی بودند. بین موانع درک شده با تحصیلات والدین، شغل والدین، وضعیت اقتصادی و بعد خانوار ارتباط آماری معنی داری مشاهده شد. <o:p /> نتیجه گیری:گران بودن میوه و عدم آموزش توسط معلم و مربی مهمترین موانع درک شده بودند.پیشنهاد می شود دانش آموزانی که خانواده هایشان دارای وضعیت اقتصادی ضعیفی هستند، تحصیلات پایین تری دارند و پرجمعیت هستند به عنوان گروه های آسیب پذیر شناسایی شده و مداخلات مقتضی به منظور کاهش موانع درک شده در این گروه ها صورت گیرد. <o:p /> Background and Aim: Life style is formed in adolescence period. Despite the importance of fruit and vegetable consumption (FVC) in promoting health, FVCin adolescents is not in a desirable level, so the present study was done with the aim of determining perceived barriers (PB) of FVC among female high school students. <o:p />Material and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in 2013. Four hundred female high school students in Gochan were selected by using two stage sampling method. Data were collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using SPSS18 software and one- way ANOVA.<o:p />Results: Mean score of PB was 49.06±18.02 (score between 0-100). PB in 20.8% of the students was in a low level, 62% in a moderate level and in 17.3% was in a high level. Expensiveness of fruit and lack of education by teachers were the most important PB, respectively.
