<span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:.05pt 1.7pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">یک وضعیت پیچیده، مبهم و غیرقابل پیشبینی مانند کووید-19 تأثیر عمیقی بر سلامت جسمی و روانی بیماران و خانوادههایشان دارد. با توجه به عدم قطعیت این بیماری، بررسی تجربه عدم قطعیت بیماری در مبتلایان، برای مدیریت بهتر این بیماری ضروری است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربه عدم قطعیت بیماری در مبتلایان به کووید 19 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:.05pt 1.7pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">روش ­ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی- تفسیری و گامهای ونمنن اجرا شد. نمونهگیری بصورت هدفمند آغاز و تا اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری گردید. برای آنالیز داده ها از رویکرد شش مرحلهای پدیدارشناسی تفسیری "ون منن" استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:.05pt 1.7pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">نتایج:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> اشباع دادهها با ورود 17 شرکتکننده صورت گرفت. 2 تم و 4 طبقه استخراج شد: مضمون معنای عدم قطعیت در کووید 19؛ محصور در زنجیرههای تنش و تألم، تشدیدکنندههای هجمه عدم قطعیت) و پاسخ به عدم قطعیت کووید 19؛ توسعه تجارب و رشد فردی و تکاپو برای تسلی درونی.</span></span></span></span></span><br>
<b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">نتیجه­ گیری:</span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> عدم قطعیت بیماری درمیان مبتلایان به کووید 19، بصورت یک تجربه ناخوشایند روانشناختی است و با درگیری عواطف همراه است. با این همه در درون همین عدم قطعیت، بیماران با راهبردهای مختلف معنوی و روانی-اجتماعی سعی در حفظ امید به آینده دارند.</span></span></span>

Considering the uncertainty of this disease, it is necessary to investigate the experience of the uncertainty of the disease in patients, for better management of this issue. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the experience of uncertainty of the disease in patients with Covid-19.</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br>

Sampling started purposefully and continued until data saturation. Data were collected using in-depth semi-structured interviews. <b><i><span style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Conclusion</span></span></span></i><span style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Uncertainty of the disease among those suffering from Covid-19 is an unpleasant psychological experience and is associated with conflicting emotions. However, within this uncertainty, patients try to maintain hope for the future with different spiritual and psychosocial strategies.</span></span></span>
