fa گزارش یک مورد واریاسیون ارتباط عصب مدین و عصب موسکولوکوتانئوس Report of a case of variation in the relationship between the median nerve and the musculocutaneous nerve تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report زمینه و هدف: شبکه ی بازویی یک شبکه ی پیچیده است که در ناحیه ی گردن و حفره آگزیلا قرار دارد. تاکنون واریاسیون های زیادی از شبکه ی بازویی گزارش شده است که این واریاسیون ها از لحاظ بالینی دارای اهمیت فراوانی هستند. روش ها: باتوجه به این نکته که واریاسیون های شبکه بازوئی بخصوص ارتباطات عصب موسکولوکوتانئوس و عصب مدین نسبتا شایع می باشد، هدف از این مطالعه گزارش یک مورد  واریاسیون آناتومی از شبکه بازوئی مربوط به عصب موسکولوکوتانئوس و عصب مدین می باشد. نتایج: در این مطالعه هنگام تشریح جسد مردی 71 ساله ایی در سالن تشریح دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تربت حیدریه، یک مورد واریاسیون در عصب مدین مشاهده شده بود. عصب مدین که در حالت عادی از طناب داخلی و خارجی جدا می شود و در بازو تا حفره کوبیتال بدون ارتباط با اعصاب دیگر پایین می رود، در این مورد بعد از عضله ی کوراکوبراکیالیس با عصب  موسکولوکوتانئوس ارتباط برقرار کرده بود. نتیجه گیری: درک جامعی از انواع واریاسیون های اعصاب اندام فوقانی می تواند در تفسیر و تشخیص گرافی ها، انواع جراحی ها بخصوص جراحی های مربوط به احیا و بازسازی  شبکه بازوئی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. Introduction: The brachial plexus is a complex network located in the neck and axilla region. Various variations of the brachial plexus have been reported, which are clinically significant. Objective: Given that variations of the brachial plexus, especially involving the musculocutaneous and median nerves, are relatively common, the aim of this study is to report an anatomical variation of the brachial plexus related to the musculocutaneous and median nerves. Methods: In this study, during the dissection of a 71-year-old male cadaver in the anatomy hall of the medical school at Torbat Heydarieh University of Medical Sciences, a variation in the median nerve was observed. In this case, the median nerve, which normally separates from the lateral and medial cords and descends in the arm to the cubital fossa without any connection to other nerves, after the coracobrachialis muscle was found to be connected to the musculocutaneous nerve. Results: A comprehensive understanding of variations in upper limb nerves can be crucial in interpreting and diagnosing various types of surgeries, especially those related to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the brachial plexus.
