fa شکاف نسلی در آموزش پزشکی Generation gap in medical education عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <div class="WordSection1">مروری بر سیر تحول نظام‌های آموزشی نشان می‌دهد به‌رغم پیشرفت‌هایی که در حوزه‌های گوناگون دانش صورت گرفته است، ساختار، شــیوه‌های آموزشی، مکان آموزش، مفاهیم، مدرس، یادگیرنده و مدیران آموزشی تغییر اندکی کرده‌اند (1). این در حالی است که «تفاوت‌های نسل» در تجارب و انتظارات آموزشی به‌شدت بازتاب می‌یابد (2) و موجب می‌شود راهبردها و روش‌های تدریسی که برای نسل‌های گذشته اثربخش بوده، برای نسل آینده کارایی لازم و مطلوب نداشته باشد (3). با توجه به تفاوت‌های نسلی و شناخت موج جدید یادگیرندگان، بازنگری مستمر در راهبردهای یاددهی-یادگیری و طراحی راهبردهای نوین تدریس ضرورت دارد (4). شکاف نسلی به تفاوت در چارچوب‌های تفکر، باورها و ارزش‌های بین نسل‌ها تلقی می‌شود (5) و نسل‌ها به‌عنوان گروهی از افراد تعریف می‌شوند که تقریباً در یک‌زمان به یک سن خاص برسند و تحت تأثیر رویدادهای مهمی که در طول سال‌های کلیدی آن‌ها اتفاق می‌افتد، مانند تغییرات اقتصادی، جنگ، تغییرات سیاسی، ایدئولوژی‌های مختلف، نوآوری‌های تکنولوژیکی و تحولات اجتماعی قرار گیرند. این حوادث و رویدادهای مهم به‌منظور تعریف ارزش‌ها، نگرش‌ها و ترجیحات اجتماعی این گروه‌ها عمل می‌کنند (6). در میان نسل‌ها، متولدین دهه 2000 و بعد آن، نسلی که هنوز در حال تحصیل هستند نسل Z نامیده می‌شوند. این دانشجویان در عصری به دنیا آمده‌اندکه پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژیکی خیلی سریع بوده است و فناوری توسعه‌یافته تأثیر فوق‌العاده‌ای بر آن‌ها داشته است (7). این نسل جدید از دانشجویان، انتظارات متفاوتی از زندگی دارند. آن‌ها ویژگی‌های اجتماعی متمایز و شیوه‌های متفاوت تفکر و یادگیری دارند. آن‌ها ترجیح می‌دهند با استفاده از فناوری‌های ارتباطی، چندوظیفه‌ای و عدم علاقه به سخنرانی‌های سنتی متشکل از گوش دادن غیرفعال و یادداشت‌برداری، به‌سرعت به اطلاعات دست یابند. در عوض، آن‌ها فرآیند یادگیری فعال را ترجیح می‌دهند و خواستار تغییر در مدل‌های آموزشی هستند که بر رویکرد دانشجومحوری به‌جای رویکرد استادمحور متکی می‌باشد (8). لذا مدیران دانشگاه‌ها باید توجه داشته باشند که فعالیت‌های کلاسی، فعال، مشارکتی، اجتماعی و دانشجومحور باشد زیرا در غیر این صورت دانشجویان به‌راحتی خسته می‌شوند و حواس‌شان از فرآیند یادگیری پرت می‌شود. لازم به ذکر است که این دانشجویان با دستگاه‌‌های دیجیتال و فن‌آوری و راه‌‌های ارتباطی درگیر هستند. آن‌ها کاملاً محتاط هستند و ممکن است مانند نسل‌های دیگر به برخورد با درگیری‌ها عادت نداشته باشند؛ بنابراین، برنامه‌های آموزشی ویژه‌ای باید برای توسعه مهارت‌های کار گروهی، مذاکره و حل تعارض سازماندهی شود (7). دانشکده‌های پزشکی در حال حاضر باید برنامه درسی خود را برای ترویج محیطی غنی‌شده با فناوری و رویکردهای یادگیرنده محور با استفاده از یادگیری ترکیبی، موردی و تمرینات گروهی برای پاسخگویی به نسل جدیدی از دانشجویان پزشکی آماده کنند (9). درک بیشتر سبک‌های یادگیری فعال مانند استفاده از بازخورد و یادگیری مبتنی بر فناوری توسط هزاره‌ها ممکن است ما را قادر به افزایش اثربخشی برنامه درسی مستمر و استراتژی‌های توسعه دانشکده در آموزش پزشکی نماید (10). با توجه به این‌که دانشجویان نسل Z در همان دانشگاه‌ها با اساتید متعلق به نسل Y جمع می‌شوند که آن‌ها را برای آینده آماده می‌کنند و عمده مشکلاتی که در این محیط‌های آموزشی وجود دارد ناشی از شکاف نسلی می‌باشد؛ لذا برای پیشبرد یک فرآیند آموزشی، مدیران دانشگاه‌ها باید نقاط قوت و ضعف نسل‌ها را بررسی کرده و اقدامات ممکن را انجام دهند.  تشکر و قدردانی بدین‌وسیله نویسنده مسئول از کلیه همکاران که در مراحل نگارش این مقاله همکاری کردند، کمال تشکر و قدردانی را دارند.  تضاد منافع در این پژوهش هیچ‌گونه تعارض منافعی توسط نویسندگان گزارش نشده است. مشارکت نویسندگان: (1) مفهوم‌پردازی و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، یﺎ جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، یـﺎ تجزیه‌وتحلیل و ﺗﻔﺴـﯿﺮ داده‌ها: همه نویسندگان (2) ﺗﻬﯿﻪ پیش‌نویس ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ یﺎ ﺑـﺎزﺑﯿﻨﯽ آن ﺟﻬـﺖ ﺗـﺪویﻦ ﻣﺤﺘـﻮای اﻧﺪیﺸﻤﻨﺪاﻧﻪ: همه نویسندگان (3) تائید ﻧﻬﺎیﯽ دست‌نوشته ﭘﯿﺶ از ارﺳﺎل ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺠﻠـﻪ: همه نویسندگان  </div> A review on the evolution of educational systems shows that despite the progress made in various fields of knowledge, the structure, educational methods, place of education, concepts, teacher, and learner have changed little (1). While "Generational differences" have strongly reflected in educational experiences and expectations (2) and caused teaching strategies and methods that were effective for the past generations to be ineffective for the future generation (3). Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to generational differences, recognize the new wave of learners, continuously review teaching-learning strategies and design future teaching strategies (4). The generation gap is considered to be the difference in thinking frameworks, beliefs and values between generations (5) and generations are defined as a group of people who reach a certain age almost at the same time and are influenced by important events that happen during their life, such as economic changes, war, political changes, different ideologies, technological innovations and social changes. These important events serve to define the values, attitudes and social preferences of these groups (6). Among the generations, those born in the 2000s and later, the generation that is still studying is called Generation Z. These students were born in an era where technological progress has been very fast and the developed technology has had a tremendous impact on them. (7). this new generation of students have different expectations from life. They have distinct social characteristics and different ways of thinking and learning. They prefer to acquire information quickly by using communication technologies, multitasking and not interested in traditional lectures consisting of passive listening and note-taking. Instead, they prefer the active learning process and demand change in educational models that rely on a teacher-centered approach instead of a student-centered approach (8). Therefore, university administrators should pay attention to active, cooperative, social and student-centered classroom activities, otherwise, students get easily bored and distracted from the learning process. It should be noted that these students are involved with digital devices, technology and communication ways. They are quite cautious and may not be used to dealing with conflicts like other generations. Therefore, special training programs should be organized to develop team working, negotiation and conflict resolution skills (7). Currently, medical schools should prepare their curriculum to promote a technology-enriched environment and learner-centered approaches using blended learning, case studies, and group exercises to respond to a new generation of medical students (9). A greater understanding of active learning styles such as the use of feedback and technology-based learning by millennials may enable us to increase the effectiveness of ongoing curriculum and faculty development strategies in medical education (10). Considering that Z generation students gathered in the same universities with professors belonging to Y generation which prepare them for the future, and most of the problems that exist in these educational environments are caused by the generation gap. Therefore, in order to advance an educational process, university administrators should examine the strengths and weaknesses of the generations and take possible measures.
