fa چالش‌های افشا در بارداری با تخمک اهدایی: یک مطالعه مروری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">یکی از مشکلات مهم استفاده از تخمک اهدایی مربوط به افشا یا عدم افشای آن می‌باشد. جهت پیشگیری از تنش‌های ناشی از افشا، لازم است که چالش‌های افشا در خصوص بارداری با تخمک اهدایی شناسایی گردد. لذا این مطالعه باهدف تعیین چالش‌های افشا در بارداری با تخمک اهدایی انجام گردید.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="">روش&shy; ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> دراین مطالعه مروری، مقالات کیفی و کمی در پایگاه‌های </span></span></span>PubMed<span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">، </span></span>Scopus<span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">، </span></span>SID Magiran,<span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> و موتور جستجوی </span></span>Google Scholar<span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">، با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های افشا، محرمانگی، تخمک اهدایی و باروری شخص سوم و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها بدون محدودیت زمانی تا سپتامبر 2024 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعات منتشر شده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی مرتبط با افشا و بارداری با تخمک اهدایی به عنوان معیارهای ورود به مطالعه در نظر گرفته شدند.</span></span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">داشتن محتوای غیر مرتبط به مطالعه، خلاصه مقاله و یا تکراری بودن مطالعات نیز به عنوان معیارهای خروج از مطالعه در نظر گرفته شدند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="">نتایج:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">در مرور متون انجام شده بر روی 59 مطالعه مرتبط با بارداری با تخمک اهدایی و افشا، مفاهیم موجود در زمینه موضوع افشا، پیرامون چهار حیطه تمایل به محرمانگی و اهدا‌کننده ناشناس، چالش افشای حقیقت برای کودک، شباهت چهره و </span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">ترس از قضاوت شدن</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> متمرکز بودند</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra=""> با توجه به چالش‌های شناسایی شده در این مطالعه در زمینه افشا، به نظر می‌رسد به منظور ایجاد حمایت از خانواده‌های دارای فرزندان حاصل از تخمک اهدایی نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی جهت انجام مشاوره‌های تخصصی ضروری می‌باشد تا در زمینه تصمیم‌گیری جهت افشا بتواند به این افراد کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><i>Background & Aim</i></b><i>:</i> One of the main issues associated with the use of egg donation is the disclosure or non-disclosure of this method. To prevent and alleviate tensions that may arise during the disclosure process, it is essential to identify the challenges related to disclosing pregnancy with egg donation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the disclosure challenges in pregnancies involving egg donation.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><i>Methods</i></b><b>:</b> This review, involved the examination of qualitative and quantitative articles from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, SID, Magiran, and Google Scholar, using keywords like disclosure, confidentiality, donated eggs, and third-party fertilization along with their English equivalents, without any time restricted up to September 2024.
