fa طراحی و ارزیابی ابزار بومی برای سنجش عملکرد خوب داروخانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">&laquo;عملکرد خوب داروخانه&raquo; (</span><span dir="LTR">GPP</span><span lang="AR-SA">) معیار اصلی کیفیت خدمات دارویی در </span><span lang="FA">یک </span><span lang="AR-SA">جامعه است، اما سنجش منظم آن در ایران به صورت محدود صورت می‌گیرد. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی عملکرد خوب دارو</span><span lang="FA">خانه</span><span lang="AR-SA"> و مقایسه امتیازات این عملکرد در بین داروخانه‌های مجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، با استفاده از طراحی ابزاری بومی است، که پایه آن، به طور مشترک توسط فدراسیون بین‌المللی داروسازی و سازمان بهداشت جهانی برای </span><span lang="FA">ارزیابی</span><span lang="AR-SA"> استانداردهای عملکرد خوب داروسازی توسعه داده شده است.</span><br> <b><span lang="FA">روش&shy; ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در این پژوهش ابتدا ابزار بومی سنجش عملکرد خوب داروخانه طراحی شد. شاخص‌ها با مرور متون و اسناد فدراسیون بین‌المللی داروسازی و سازمان بهداشت جهانی استخراج و پس از اجماع خبرگان در پنج حیطه شامل شاخص توزیع و مصرف منطقی دارو، شاخص خدمات مشاوره و نسخه‌پیچی، شاخص فرآیند مدیریت، مستندات و فناوری اطلاعات، شاخص فضای فیزیکی داروخانه، انبارداری و نگهداری دارو و شاخص خدمات داروسازان در 121 گویه سازمان‌دهی شد. سپس 20 داروخانه سرپایی زیر مجموعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به صورت مقطعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بدین منظور با مراجعه حضوری به داروخانه‌های مورد نظر، چک لیست تهیه شده به وسیله پژوهشگر، توسط مسئول فنی داروخانه و در بخش مشاهده‌ای توسط پژوهشگر تکمیل شد</span><span lang="FA">.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span><br> <b><span lang="FA">نتایج:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">بیشترین میزان نمره‌دهی مربوط به شاخص فرایند مدیریت و مستندات و فناوری اطلاعات (1/82</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA">7/92) و فضای فیزیکی داروخانه، انبارداری و نگهداری دارو (1/34</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA">7/87</span><span lang="FA">) </span><span lang="AR-SA">بود. همچنین کم‌ترین میزان نمرات مربوط به شاخص خدمات مشاوره و نسخه‌پیچی (3/21</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA">5/56) بود. همچنین میانگین کلی در تمام پنج شاخص 6/71 از 10 تعیین گردید</span><span lang="FA">.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ابزار توسعه‌یافته بومی، ارزیابی استانداردهای </span>GPP<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> در داروخانه‌های ایران در سطح ملی را امکان‌پذیر می‌سازد و نتایج این پژوهش همچون مطالعات بین‌المللی دیگر تأیید می‌کند که داروخانه‌ها نیازمند اصلاحات ساختاری، آموزشی و نظارتی می‌باشند؛ تا نقش داروسازان در مسیر ارتقاء سلامت جامعه پررنگ‌تر شده و کیفیت خدمات دارویی در داروخانه‌ها به سطح مطلوب‌تری نزدیک گردد</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><i>Background & Aim:</i></b><b> </b>Good Pharmacy Performance (GPP) is a basic criterion for the quality of pharmaceutical services in a society. However, its routine assessment is limited in Iran. The aim of this study was to evaluate the good performance of pharmacies and to compare its advantages among pharmacies affiliated with Iran University of Medical Sciences using a locally designed instrument based on standards developed by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for evaluating good pharmacy practice.<b><span style="line-height:115%"></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><i>Methods</i></b><b>:</b> In this research, a native tool for measuring good pharmacy performance was first developed. Indicators were extracted through a review of books and official documents from FIP and WHO. After expert consultation in five areas&mdash;distribution and rational use of medicines, counseling and prescription services, process management and documentation and information technology, physical structure and storage of medicines, and pharmacists&rsquo; services&mdash;121 items were developed. Then, 20 outpatient pharmacies affiliated with Iran University of Medical Sciences were studied in a cross-sectional design. Data were collected using a researcher-prepared checklist, completed through face-to-face interviews with pharmacy staff and direct observations by the researchers<span lang="EN">.</span><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><i>Results</i></b><b>: </b>The highest scores were related to the index of process management, documentation, and information technology (7.92 &plusmn; 1.82) and the physical structure, warehousing, and storage of medicines (7.87 &plusmn; 1.34). The lowest score was related to counseling and prescription services (5.56 &plusmn; 3.21). The overall mean score across the five indices was 6.71 out of 10.<b><span style="line-height:115%"></span></b></span></span><br> <b><i><span new="" roman="" times="">Conclusion</span></i><span new="" roman="" times="">:</span></b><span new="" roman="" times=""> The developed native tool enables the evaluation of GPP standards in Iranian pharmacies at the national level.
