fa فراوانی مصرف آسپرین و علل آن در جمعیت بالای 20 سال شهرستان گناباد در سال 1403 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد مصرف آسپرین به‌صورت خوددرمانی در گروه‌های در معرض خطر ، گسترده است. با توجه به عوارض متفاوت با درجات مختلف مصرف آسپرین، توجه به نحوه مصرف&nbsp; و بررسی وضعیت مصرف خودسرانه این دارو حائز اهمیت است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی شیوع مصرف آسپرین در جمعیت بالای 20 سال شهر گناباد ، میزان خودسرانه مصرف کردن و علل آن طراحی شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">روش &shy;ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 385 نفر از افراد بالای 20 سال سطح شهر گناباد موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. معیارهای ورود تمایل به ورود به مطالعه، سن بالای 20 سال، نداشتن اختلال شناختی ادراکی بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش نامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در سطح شهر گناباد به‌صورت طبقه‌ای تصادفی از هر سه مرکز و برای مراکز روستایی به‌صورت خوشه‌ای سه روستا انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span></span> SPSS <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">نسخه 16 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری اسپیرمن و کای اسکوئر در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 5 درصد مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">نتایج:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"> میانگین و انحراف معیار سن واحدهای پژوهش 13/79&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"> 40/65 بود. 50/4</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">‌</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">%</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">مؤنث، 86/5&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">‌</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">%</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">متأهل و 79/9%</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">ساکن شهر بودند. نتایج نشان داد مصرف کلی آسپرین (اعم از مصرف خودسرانه و یا طبق دستور پزشک) 15/6</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">%</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"> (تعداد 60 نفر) بود. از این مقدار، 33/3</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">% </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">مربوط به مصرف خودسرانه بود. همچنین یافته‌ها </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">نشان داد 85% کسانی</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">که آسپرین را به‌صورت خودسرانه مصرف می‌کردند، از عوارض آن ناآگاه بودند.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"> از بین دلایل مصرف خودسرانه آسپرین، احساس بی‌خطر بودن آسپرین بیشترین فراوانی داشت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر و مشخص شدن دلایل مصرف خودسرانه،&nbsp; به نظر می‌رسد اطلاع‌رسانی به عموم افراد جامعه جهت ارتقا آگاهی آنان از عوارض مصرف خودسرانه دارو به‌ویژه آسپرین، </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">ضروری می‌باشد</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:.05pt 1.7pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span style="line-height:115%">Background & Aim:</span></i></b><b> </b><span style="line-height:115%">This </span><span lang="EN" style="line-height:115%">study aimed to investigate the prevalence of aspirin use among individuals over 20 years old in Gonabad City, as well as the rate of self-medication and the reasons for its use.</span><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span style="line-height:115%">Methods</span></i><span style="line-height:115%">:</span></b> <span lang="EN" style="line-height:115%">A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 385 participants over the age of 20 in Gonabad City. The inclusion criteria were willingness to participate in the study, age over 20 years, and no cognitive-perceptual impairment. The sampling method in Gonabad City was stratified random sampling from all three centers, while for rural centers, a cluster sampling method was used to select three villages. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 16 and Spearman&rsquo;s and Chi-square statistical tests at a significance level of less than 5%.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span style="line-height:115%">Results</span></i><span style="line-height:115%">: </span></b><span lang="EN" style="line-height:115%">The mean age of the research units was 40.65 &plusmn; 13.79, with a standard deviation. 50.4% of the units were female, and 86.5% were married. The results showed that 15.6% (60 people) of the participants consumed aspirin, whether self-prescribed or directed by a physician. Among this group, 33.3% were related to self-prescribed consumption. Also, the findings showed that 85% of those who self-prescribed aspirin were unaware of its side effects.
