fa بررسی دیدگاه پزشکان ، پرستاران و ماماها در باره روش درمانی رحم جایگزین در شهرستان تربت حیدریه Investigating Perspectives of doctors, nurses and midwives about Surrogacy treatment عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: رحم جایگزین یکی از روش های بحث انگیزدردرمان ناباروری است که بکارگیری آن لازمه شناسایی میزان آگاهی عموم جامعه و افرادی است که به نوعی با ناباروری ارتباط دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی در مورد روش درمانی رحم جایگزین انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است جمعیت مورد مطالعه آن را گروه های مختلف علوم پزشکی شامل پزشکان متخصص ،پزشکان عمومی ،ماما،پرستار و اعضای هیأت علمی تشکیل دادند. نمونه گیری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام گرفت ،حجم نمونه 175 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری دادها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که اعتبار علمی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش اعتبار محتوی بدست امد و پایایی پرسشنامه بر اساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 94/0 برآورد شد. یافته ها :تعداد افراد شرکت کننده در این مطالعه 175 نفر با میانگین سنی 57/7±43/31 سال بود131 نفر (74.9%) از افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه اطلاعاتی در ارتباط با روش رحم جایگزین بعنوان یکی از درمان های ناباروری اطلاع داشتند ، در این مطالعه 95 نفر (54.3%) انگیزه مالی و 10 نفر (5.7%)انگیزه خیر خواهانه و 58 نفر (33.1%) انگیزه مالی و خیر خواهانه توام با هم را دلیل مادر جایگزین شدن می دانستند. در ارتباط با خصوصیات مادر جایگزین ،62% وضعیت خانوادگی مناسب مادر جایگزین و 68% وضعیت روان شناختی مناسب و 68% وضعیت جسمانی مناسب و 39% وضعیت مناسب مالی و 68% عدم اعتیاد مادر به مواد مخدر و 65% عدم اعتیاد همسر مادر جایگزین و 57% سن مناسب مادر را جزئ خصوصیات حائز اهمیت بیان نمودند. نتیجه گیری: کادر علوم پزشکی دارای دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به روش درمانی رحم جایگزین بودند ولی از مبانی اخلاقی ،فقهی و حقوقی این روش درمانی اطلاع چندانی نداشتند. Background: One way to treat infertility, surrogacy is used. Surrogacy Infertility is one of the controversial methods used to identify the level of public awareness of the needs of people who are somehow related to infertility. Therefore, since medical science than in other disciplines, are involved in issues related to this approach, the present study aims to investigate the views of various medical disciplines regarding surrogacy treatment was performed. Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive study of the different groups of medical specialists, general practitioners, midwives, nurses and faculty formed. Sampling methods sampling was conducted on 175 samples determined. The questionnaire consists of 3 sections. Part of the second section 14 of the Personal Information (and relatives in the infertility awareness infertility treatment methods and ways of knowing and awareness of surrogacy legal issues and legal and financial Surrogacy law and cultural issues), and the third section 15 in relation to the characteristics important to choose the surrogate mother<o:p /> Results: The number of participants in this study, 175 persons with a mean age of 57/7 ± 43/31 years 131 patients (74.9%) of participants in the study, information on surrogacy as a treatment for infertility were aware that 32 (18.3%) this information through friends or relatives, and 48 (27.4%) in the media, and 51 (29.1%) through reading books and 44 patients (25.1%) than other ways of surrogacy information found.
