fa رابطه استرس شغلی با توانایی انجام کار در بین ماماهای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهر مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>استرس شغلی یکی از عوامل مهم و موثر در انجام وظایف شغلی کارکنان حوزه سلامت بوده و نقش مهمی در غیبت از کار و بازنشستگی پیش از موعد آنان ایفا می‌نماید. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط استرس شغلی با توانایی انجام کار ماماها‌ی شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی شهر مشهد انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی تعداد 60 مامای شاغل به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه استرس شغلی کودرون و شاخص توانایی انجام کار صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 19 و با کمک آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج</strong>: میانگین سنی و سابقه کار واحدهای پژوهش به ترتیب <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">5.1</span>&plusmn;<span dir="LTR">41.2</span>&nbsp;و 5.9&plusmn;15.2 سال بود. میانگین نمره کل استرس شغلی و توانایی انجام کار ماماهای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی به ترتیب 12.7&plusmn;44.1 و 1.5&plusmn;36.6 بود. بین استرس شغلی و توانایی انجام کار ماماهای شاغل رابطه معکوس و ضعیفی (0.04<span dir="LTR">p=</span>، 0.25-<span dir="LTR">r=</span>) وجود داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> به‌نظر می‌رسد استرس شغلی به طور معنی‌داری توانایی انجام کار ماماهای شاغل را کاهش می‌دهد. توصیه می‌شود در تحقیقات آتی این رابطه در جوامع پژوهشی بزرگتر و نیز در بین سایر کارکنان حوزه سلامت مورد بررسی بیشتر و دقیق‌تری قرار گیرد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Psychological factors, particularly stress are becoming recognized as one of the causes of absenteeism from work and early retirement .Stress is manifest typicality profession midwifery. In future programs aimed at increasing the capacity to work is recommended that be paid to job-related factors and factors related to lifestyle .The aim of this study was to survey relationship between job stress and work ability of midwives working&nbsp; in health centers of Mashhad City in 2013.</p> <p><strong>Material and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-correlation study, 60 midwives without medical and psychological disease, morning shift and 25-50 years old working in Health Centers of Mashhad were selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using, Codron Job Stress and Work Ability Index Questionnaires. Data analyzed with SPSS(19) software and using Pearson,Indipendent T, Chi-square, analyze Variance one way tests and Touki.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results show that majority midwives (83.3%) have moderate job stress and median midwives work ability was 36.6&plusmn;1.5(moderate).
