fa رئالیسم انتقادی: یک دیدگاه فلسفی مهم برای تحقیقات پرستاری تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه</strong><strong> و هدف</strong>: تحقیقات کمی و کیفی با رویکردهای متفاوتی انجام می‌شوند و هریک زیربنای فلسفی خاص خود را دارند. با توجه به ظهور نسبتا جدید فلسفه رئالیسم انتقادی، در این مطالعه رئالیسم انتقادی به عنوان یک دیدگاه فلسفی در تحقیقات نظام سلامت و پرستاری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش &shy;ها: </strong>در این مطالعه پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Pub</span> <span dir="LTR">Med</span>،<span dir="LTR">Wiley</span> ،&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">Science</span> <span dir="LTR">Direct</span>، <span dir="LTR">Ovid</span> و <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span> بدون محدودیت زمانی با کلید واژه‌های رئالیسم، رئالیسم انتقادی، دیدگاه فلسفی، سلامت و پرستاری مورد جستجو قرار گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> رئالیسم انتقادی به عنوان یک جهت‌گیری فلسفی و همچنین به عنوان یک متدولوژی تحقیق، راهنمای انجام تحقیقات معتبر در جهت ارتقاء سیستم سلامت است و به درک بهتر فاکتورهای فردی، اجتماعی-زمینه‌ای و سازمانی و ارتباط متقابل بین آنها کمک می‌کند. در مرور متون به رئالیسم انتقادی به‌عنوان یک دیدگاه فلسفی متعادل؛ نوع نگاه آن به رئالیسم و ایده‌آلیسم؛ اصول رئالیسم انتقادی؛ رویکرد آن به متدولوژی تحقیق و نقش رئالیسم انتقادی در نظام سلامت و پرستاری پرداخته شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برای دستیابی به ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری فلسفه رئالیسم انتقادی می‌تواند راهنمای مناسبی برای تحقیقات پرستاری در جهت کشف و درک فعالیت‌ها و تعاملات پرستاران و ارتباط آن با ساختارهای سیستم سلامت و نیز تاثیر متقابل آنها بر یکدیگر باشد تا بر اساس آنها تدابیر اصلاحی برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا شود.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Qualitative and quantitative researches are conducted through different approaches. Each of them has their own specific philosophical basis. Due to the advent of the critical realism philosophy, this study aimed to discuss the critical realism as a philosophical perspective in nursing and health system researches.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this study, the data were collected through Pubmed<span dir="RTL">،</span> Wiley, Science Direct<span dir="RTL">، </span>Ovid and Google Scholar databases using realism, critical realism, philosophical perspective, health and nursing as keywords.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Critical realism as a philosophical orientation and as a research methodology leads to conduct valid researches to improve health system. In addition, it leads to a better understanding of personal, social-background and organizational factors and the interactions among them. Different subjects were considered in reviewing literatures including critical realism as a moderate philosophical perspective, its perspective to the realism and idealism, critical realism principals, its approach toward research methodology and the role of critical realism in nursing and health system.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> To promote the quality of nursing cares, critical realism can be a suitable guide for nursing researches to a better understanding of activities and interactions of nurses and its relationship with health system structures and its mutual effect.
