fa بررسی الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی انتروکوک‌های جدا شده از نمونه‌های بیمارستان قائم مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">انتروکوک‌ها کوکسی های گرم مثبت، از مهمترین پاتوژن‌های انسانی بوده و عامل عفونت‌های بیمارستانی و اکتسابی از جامعه محسوب می‌شوند و مقاومت ذاتی به تعدادی از عوامل ضد میکروبی دارند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی انتروکوک‌های جدا شده از بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان آموزشی قاﺋم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در مجموع 110 ایزوله انتروکوکی از فروردین تا مهر سال 94 از بیمارستان آموزشی قاﺋم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد جمع‌آوری شد. سپس تعیین حساسیت ایزوله‌ها نسبت به 10 آنتی‌بیوتیک منتخب به روش دیسک دیفیوژن (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">MDDM</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) انجام شد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مقاومت سویه‌های انتروکوکی به آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های ونکومایسین، پنی‌سیلین، سفتریاکسون، اریترومایسین، آمپی‌سیلین، آموکسی‌سیلین، سیپروفلوکساسین، جنتامایسین، نالیدیکسیک اسید و کوتریموکسازول به ترتیب 4/5 درصد، 5/54 درصد، 70 درصد، 79 درصد، 8/41 درصد، 5/35 درصد، 8/71 درصد، 4/65 درصد، 89 درصد، 8/71 درصد بود. در این مطالعه (6/83 درصد) 92 ایزوله مربوط به نمونه ادرار و (3/16 درصد) 18 ایزوله مربوط به نمونه‌های مختلف (7 ایزوله از خون، 1 ایزوله از مایع مغزی</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نخاعی، 3 ایزوله از زخم و 7 ایزوله از ترشحات) بود. ایزوله‌های باکتری از (51 درصد) 56 نفر مرد و (46 درصد) 54 نفر زن جداسازی شد.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، درصد قابل توجهی از سویه‌های انتروکوکی مقاومت بالایی به آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های نالیدیکسیک اسید، اریترومایسین، سیپروفلوکساسین، کوتریموکسازول و سفتریاکسون را نشان می‌دهند. بنابراین، استراتژی‌های درمانی مناسب برای کنترل و جلوگیری از گسترش گونه‌های مقاوم مورد نیاز است.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><em>Background & Aim</em></strong><em>:</em> Enterococci, gram-positive cocci, are important human pathogens in both community and hospital<span dir="RTL">-</span>acquired infections. Also, they are intrinsically resistant to many commonly used antimicrobial agents. The purpose of this study was to investigate antibiotic resistance profiles of Enterococci isolated from referred patients in Qaem teaching hospital. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> A total of 110 isolates of Enterococci were collected from Qaem teaching hospital affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences during April to October 2014. Then the modified disk diffusion method (MDDM) was used for identifying the susceptibility of the isolates to 10 selected antibiotics.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> Resistance of Enterococcus strains to vancomycin, penicillin, ceftriaxone, erythromycin, ampicillin, amoxicillin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, nalidixic acid and co-trimoxazole was 5.4%, 54.5%, 70%, 79%, 41.8%, 35.5%, 71.8%, 65.4%, 89% and 71.8% respectively. In this study, 92 isolates were obtained from urine(83.6%) and 18 isolates(16.3%) were from various samples (7 isolates from blood, 1 isolate from cerebrospinal fluid, 3 isolates from scar and 7 isolates from secretions). Moreover, 51% of bacteriological isolates were obtained from men and 46% were from women.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Based on the results of this study, a significant percentage of Enterococcus strains are resistant to ceftriaxone, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin, nalidixic acid and co-trimoxazole.
