fa تاثیر آموزش بر وضعیت آگاهی ،نگرش و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ازسرطان پستان در معلمین زن مدارس راهنمایی شهر زاهدان The Effect of Education on Condition of Knowledge, Attitude and Preventive Behaviors of Breast Cancer in Female Teachers at Guidance Schools in Zahedan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان شایع ترین نوع سرطان در زنان و اولین سرطان شایع میان زنان ایران است ، ازآنجایی که روش های غربالگری ازجمله بهترین روش های تشخیص زودرس می باشند . وانجام آنها به طور چشمگیری از شیوع آن پیشگیری می کند لذااین مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش بر وضعیت آگاهی ،نگرش و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ازسرطان پستان در معلمین زن مدارس راهنمایی شهر زاهدان انجام یافته است.<o:p /> روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی می باشد. که بر روی240 نفر از معلمین زن مدارس راهنمایی شهر زاهدان در سال 1391 که با نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای دردوگروه مداخله وشاهد انتخاب شدند ،انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دوقسمتی مشتمل بر سؤالات دموگرافیک و سؤالات مربوط به آگاهی ، نگرش و رفتار بود که پس از تایید روایی وپایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بعد از بررسی نتایج پیش آزمون ،مداخله آموزشی با استفاده از روش سخنرانی ،نمایش فیلم ،بحث گروهی و پرسش وپاسخ صورت گرفت وپس از گذشت2ماه ،ارزیابی ثانویه انجام یافت. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده بااستفاده از نرم افزار(15)spss و آزمون های آماری تی زوجی و کای اسکوئرتجزیه وتحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که براساس آزمون تی زوجی میانگین نمره آگاهی ، (از 55/34 به 27/40 )، نگرش (از31/41 به18/44)و رفتار (از05/11به 81/12) درگروه مداخله، قبل وبعد از مداخله آموزشی دارای اختلاف معنی داراست(001/0p<). اما درگروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد .<o:p /> نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که برنامه آموزشی تدوین شده بربهبود سطح آگاهی ،نگرش ورفتارهای پیشگیرانه از سرطان پستان درمعلمین موثرخواهد بود. لذا توصیه به طراحی و اجرای برنامه های مختلف آموزشی در زمینه تشخیص زودرس سرطان پستان در راستای تقویت آگاهی ،نگرش وعملکرد معلمین.می گردد . Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in females and the first ranked in Iranian women. Forasmuch as methods of screening are the best among early detection methods and doing of them significantly prevent from its prevalence. The present study aimed to determinate the effect of education on condition of knowledge, attitude and preventive behavior of breast cancer in female teachers at guidance schools in Zahedan.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental study. This study was conducted on 240 female teachers in secondary schools in Zahedan city in 2012 that were selected by multi-stage sampling in two control and intervention groups. The researcher-developed questionnaire was used to collect data including two parts: the first part includes demographic questions and the second part is related to awareness, behavior, and attitude that were used after the confirmation of validity and reliability. The data were collected through the questionnaire before and after training. The intervention was done through lecture, watching videos, group discussion, and question and answer. Two months after intervention, the second evaluation was performed. The data were analyzed through SPSS software and appropriate statistical tests like: Paired t-test, and Chi-square.<o:p /> Results: The findings of this study showed that based on the paired t-test average scores of were as follows: awareness (from 34.55 to 40.27), attitude (from41.31 to 44.18) and behavior (from 11.05 to 12.81) in the intervention group, before and after intervention, there were significant differences (P- value<0.0001). But in control group, before and after intervention there was no significant difference.<o:p /> Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that a regular educational program is effective on promoting attitude and knowledge level and preventive behaviors of breast cancer in teachers.
