fa بررسی دیدگاه کاربران نسبت به مزایای بکارگیری سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی در بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1395 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی برای ذخیره، بازیابی و نمایش تصاویر پزشکی و انتقال گزارشات الکترونیک استفاده می‌شود. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یکی از عوامل مهم در پذیرش این سیستم</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> کاربران می باشند. این</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه کاربران نسبت به مزایای بکارگیری سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی در بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش&shy; ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1395 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش مورد نظر 88 نفر از کاربران سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی از پنج بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بودند. گردآوری داده&shy;ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه به روش تحلیل محتوا و پایایی آن به روش آزمون- بازآزمون بررسی گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نسخه 16 انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج نشان داد که در رابطه با شاخص‌های بهبود عملکرد سازمان، 46 نفر (60/6&shy;%، خیلی زیاد و زیاد) از مشارکت کنندگان معتقد بودند که با ورود سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی، هزینه های بیمارستان کاهش می یابد. در مورد شاخص های ورود، نظام آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی در بخش رادیولوژی، 49 نفر (64/5&shy;%، خیلی زیاد و زیاد) از افراد قویا معتقد بودند که با کمک این سیستم، امکان رادیولوژی از راه دور فراهم می گردد.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر اساس یافته &shy;ها، کاربران مهم ترین مزایای بکارگیری سیستم آرشیو و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی را مواردی هم چون کاهش هزینه ها، امکان رادیولوژی از راه دور، افزایش کیفیت و کارایی در مراقبت سلامت می دانند. ایجاد زیر ساخت های لازم جهت اجرای موفقیت آمیز این فناوری پیشنهاد می گردد.</span></span></span> <strong><em>Background & Aim</em></strong><em>:</em> Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is used for storing, retrieving and displaying medical images and transmitting electronic reports. One of the important factors in accepting this system is users. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the users&#39; views on the benefits of using picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in hospitals affiliated with Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong><em>Methods</em></strong><strong>:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2016. The population of study was 88 users of the picture archiving and communication system in five educational hospitals affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed by content analysis and its reliability was tested by test-retest method. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics in the SPSS v.16 software.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>: The results of this study showed that in relation to organizational performance improvement indices, 46 users (60.6%, very high and high) stated that with the entry of the picture archiving and communication system, hospital costs would be reduced. About the indices of entering the picture archiving and communication system in the radiology department, 49 participants (64.5%, very high and high) of people stated that with the help of this system, the feasibility of teleradiology is provided.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion</em>:</strong> The results of this study showed that the most important advantages of using the PACS were cost reduction, feasibility of tele radiology, and improvement of quality and efficiency in health care from views of users.
