fa تاثیر گیاه دارویی گل سرخ بر اختلال عملکرد جنسی زنان و مردان: مرور نظامند مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اختلال عملکرد جنسی شایع‌ترین مشکل روانی در جمعیت عمومی می&shy;باشد. هزینه بالا و عوارض جانبی درمان‌های کنونی، موجب برانگیختن انگیزه محققین برای جستجوی دیگر گزینه‌های درمانی شده &shy;است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی و جمع بندی نتایج کارآزمایی‌های بالینی انجام شده در مورد اثر گیاه دارویی گل سرخ بر&nbsp; اختلال عملکرد جنسی به روش مرور&nbsp; نظامند می&shy;باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش&shy; ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه، پایگاه&shy;های اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR">EBSCO</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Scopus</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">SID</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Magiran</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">Irandoc</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و موتورهای جستجوی </span></span><span dir="LTR">google scholar</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بدون محدودیت زمانی و با کلیدواژه های </span></span><span dir="LTR">Rosa</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Rosa damascena</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/68027824"><span dir="LTR" style="text-decoration:none;text-underline:none;"><span style="color:windowtext;">Rosaceae</span></span></a><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Sexual function</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">sexual dysfunction</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Sexuality</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Sexual</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. جستجو، غربالگری، انتخاب و ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات توسط دو پژوهشگر به طور مستقل صورت گرفت. ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات با استفاده از ابزار ارزیابی خطر سوءگیری کاکراین انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از مجموع 251 مقاله یافت شده در جستجوی اولیه، 6 مقاله و یک پایان نامه دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه (178زن و 55 مرد) بودند. اغلب مطالعات دارای کیفیت بالایی بوده و تنها یک مطالعه در حیطه تورش عملکرد و یک مطالعه در حیطه تورش انتخاب خطر سوءگیری بالایی داشت. بر اساس نتایج مطالعات، گل سرخ منجر به بهبود اختلال عملکرد جنسی در بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی، مردان و زنان تحت متادون&shy;تراپی، زنان یائسه و زنان سنین باروری می&shy;گردد.</span></span><br> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"></div> <strong><em>Background & Aim</em></strong><em>:</em> Sexual dysfunction is the most common psychiatric disorder in the general population<span dir="RTL">. </span>The high cost and side effects of present treatments have prompted researchers to search for other therapeutic options. The aim of this study was to evaluate and summarize the results of trials on the effects of roses on sexual dysfunction through a systematic review.<br> <strong><em>Methods</em></strong><strong>:</strong> In this study, EBSCO, Web of Science, Scopus, SID, Magiran and Irandoc databases and PubMed and Google scholar search engines were searched with no time limits using the keywords Rose, Rosa damascena, Rosaceae, Sexual function, Sexual dysfunction, Sexuality and Sexual. Searching, screening, selection and quality appraisal of the articles were done by two researchers independently.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>: Out of 251 articles found in the primary search, six articles and one thesis have inclusion criteria, (178 women and 55 males). Most of studies have high quality. Only one study in the field of performance and a study in the area of selection had a high-risk bias. According to the results of included studies, roses have improved the symptoms of sexual dysfunction in depressed patients, female and male patients under methadone maintenance therapy, menopausal women, and normal reproductive age women<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong><em>Conclusion</em>:</strong> The results indicate the effectiveness of roses on sexual dysfunction, particularly those with underlying disorders.
