fa دانش رهایی بخش در پرستاری: ضرورتی پنهان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> الگوهای دانش در پرستاری اساسی، برای توسعه دانش و عمل پرستاری است. کارپر چهار الگوی دانش تجربی، شخصی، اخلاقی و زیبایی شناسی را شناسایی کرد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> دانش رهایی بخش که توسط کارپر به الگوهای فوق افزوده شده است، در پرستاری مورد غفلت واقع شده است؛ این مطالعه به معرفی دانش رهایی بخش در پرستاری می پردازد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش&rlm; ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه به روش مروری انجام شد. جست و جوی منابع مرتبط با استفاده از کلید واژه های</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">knowing, education, research, practice, caring, nursing</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Emancipatory, knowledge</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و با استفاده از عملگرهای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">AND</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">OR</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در منابع اطلاعاتی&nbsp; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Google scholar, PubMed, Scopus, ISI</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بدون اعمال محدودیت زمان انجام شد. نتایج شامل 7 کتاب و 17 مقاله در حوزه الگوهای دانش در پرستاری، فلسفه، کاربرد الگوهای دانش رهایی بخش در آموزش، پژوهش و عملکرد بالینی بدست آمد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> دانش رهایی بخش در پرستاری به معنای به چالش کشیدن ماهیت دانش و شیوه هایی است که دانش یا آنچه به عنوان دانش شناخته می‌شود در کمک به حل مشکلات اجتماعی بزرگتر است. پرستار با دید انتقادی به مسائلی که بیمار با آن مواجه است، می پردازد تا نهایتاً به اصلاح ساختارهای نادرست اجتماعی منجر شود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده از دانش رهایی بخش به پرستاران این فرصت را می دهد تا اقدامات عادلانه و منصفانه برای بهبود سلامت جوامع و بیماران انجام دهند. </span></span> <strong><em>Background & Aim</em></strong><em>:</em> Knowledge patterns in nursing are key foundation elements for the development of knowledge and practice. Carper identified four fundamental knowledge patterns; empirical, personal, ethical and aesthetic. Chain and Kramer added the pattern of emancipatory knowledge to Carper&#39;s patterns. The pattern of emancipatory knowledge in nursing has been neglected. The aim of this study was to familiarize nurses and nursing researchers with the pattern of emancipatory knowledge in nursing.<br> <strong><em>Methods</em></strong><strong>:</strong> This study was one of the types of non-systematic narrative review articles. First the keywords Emancipatory, knowing, knowledge, education, research, practice, caring, nursing were defined based on the mesh system and using &quot;AND&quot; and &quot;OR&quot;. Search ISI, PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Finally, the search results included 7 books and 17 articles in the field of nursing knowledge patterns, philosophy, knowledge patterns, education, research and clinical practice of emancipatory knowledge.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>: Emancipatory knowing in nursing means questioning the nature of knowledge&nbsp;and the ways in which&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;itself&mdash;or what is taken to be&nbsp;knowledge&mdash;contributes to larger&nbsp;social problems.
