چکیده:   (14 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: مادران دارای کودک سرطانی از مشکلات روان‌شناختی متعددی رنج می‌برند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر ارتباط والد-کودک و کیفیت زندگی در مادران کودکان دچار سرطان انجام شد.
روش­ ها: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، بر روی 30 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان دکتر شیخ مشهد در سال 1401 انجام شد. افراد به روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش تحت درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه درمانی را دریافت نکردند. ابزار جمع­ آوری داده­ ها شامل مقیاس رابطه والد- کودک پیانتا (1992) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (1996) بود. داده‌های جمع ­آوری شده با روش تحلیل کواریانس و با استفاده از نرم­ افزار 21
SPSS تحلیل گردید.
نتایج: یافته­ ها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر کیفیت ارتباط والد-کودک (0/05,
P<  161/24 F=) و افزایش کیفیت زندگی در مادران کودکان دچار سرطان مؤثر است (0/05, P<  54/39 F=). همچنین، بین نمرات پس­ آزمون و پیگیری گروه آزمایش تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05<P)؛ که نشان­ دهنده تأثیر ماندگاری مداخله آموزشی بر روی ارتباط والد-کودک و کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان می ­باشد.
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به اینکه مداخله درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر بهبود ارتباط والد-کودک و کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان دچار سرطان تأثیر دارد، استفاده از این روش درمانی جهت کاهش مشکلات روان ­شناختی مادران کودکان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن توصیه می ­گردد.
