زمینه و هدف: امروزه شیوع سوء‌مصرف مواد در جامعه به سطوح هشدار‌دهنده رسیده است، به طوری که مدارس به طور مستقیم تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌گیرند. حفاظت از نوجوانان در برابر این تهدید بسیار مهم است. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی نگرش به اعتیاد دانش‌آموزان بر اساس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با میانجیگری عدم تحمل ناکامی و دشواری تنظیم هیجان بود.
روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. از میان دانش آموزان متوسطه دوره دوم شهر بندرترکمن (دختر / پسر) 388 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسش نامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت، عدم تحمل ناکامی هارینگتون، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و رومر و نگرش سنج مواد مخدر دلاور بودند. تحلیل آزمون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 22 SPSS و Amos 24 نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پژوهش برازش خوب و قابل قبولی با داده‌های تحقیق دارد.
نتایج: اثر مستقیم حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بر نگرش به اعتیاد (0/16-β = ، 0/04 (p <منفی و معنادار و دشواری تنظیم هیجان بر نگرش به اعتیاد (20/0β =،00/0 (p < مثبت و معنادار است. اثر مستقیم عدم تحمل ناکامی بر نگرش به اعتیاد (003/0- β =، 98/0> p) معنادار نیست. اثر مستقیم حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بر عدم تحمل ناکامی (0/31-β = ، 0/00 p <) و دشواری تنظیم هیجان (0/22-β = ،0/00 (p <منفی و معنادار است. یافته‌های دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که عدم تحمل ناکامی بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و نگرش به اعتیاد نقش واسطه‌ای ندارد. اما دشواری تنظیم هیجان نقش میانجی را به صورت کامل برای دو متغیر بازی می‌کند.
نتیجه گیری: ایجاد مراکزی متمرکز بر آموزش مهارتهای زندگی، توانمندسازی روانی- اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان در مدارس، آموزش مهارتهای تنظیم هیجان و تحمل ناکامی می‌تواند نگرش دانش‌آموزان به اعتیاد را بهبود بخشد و پیشگیری کند.
